GENERAL REGISTRATION

Attendance is FREE with registration, so come watch and cheer your team on! EVERY PERSON attending must register individually (including chili cookoff teams).

Attendance includes access to the competition, the chili cookoff, beverages and snacks throughout the day, the awards cereomy and reception, and amazing industry networking. For anyone who may want to attend, tell them to visit: swicaonline.org/cryo.

Safety waivers are Required upon arrival.

CHILI COOKOFF TEAMS

SWICA is excited to launch our inaugural Chili Cookoff! Teams are encouraged to have fun, be creative with their chili presentation and their booth! Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Chili, People’s Choice and Best Booth.

SCHEDULE

7:30 AM – Competitor Registration Begins
8:00 AM – Orientation, Safety and Testing
(required for Judges & Craft Contestants)
8:30 AM – Attendee Registration Begins
9:00 AM – Craft Competition Begins (5 hours)
10:00 AM – Chili Cookoff Booths Open
12:00 PM – Lunch Break (Chili & More)
2:00 PM – Craft Competition Ends
3:00 PM – Awards Ceremony and Reception
4:00 PM – Event Concludes

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Exit Fairmont Pkwy and continue until you see the entrance road for the convention center. Parking is located on both sides of the building.

Note: We are in the MAIN CONVENTION CENTER – not in Campbell Hall where other recents events have been held.
